is the multi-talented wife of Pastor Ghandi Olaoye who is the Pastor of the RCCG
Jesus House, DC, located in Silver Spring, Maryland. An attorney by profession,
she has been in ministry alongside her husband since 1992. Pastor Omo is the
founder and Pastor in charge of the Jesus Women Ministries, a women’s ministry
that addresses pertinent women’s issues from birth to old age, with a view to

Pastor Dave as he is fondly called
is a man of honest report, full of faith, wisdom, and the Holy Ghost.
He is a dynamic teacher and preacher of the gospel of Jesus Christ, with signs
and wonders following his ministration.
Pastor Dave is an intercessor, who has a burden to pray for souls and nations.
He is also a worshipper and carries God’s presence.
He is highly anointed and is used mightily of God particularly in the area of
healing and deliverance.
Pastor Dave who holds a degree in Zoology is also a Medical Doctor with
specialty in Psychiatry. He is married to Pastor (Mrs.) Sotari Ijeh and they are
blessed with four children – Chinelo, David, Daniel, and Emmanuel

Sylvia Jordan
Sylvia Jordan desires to see all people reach their full
potential, in life, particularly women. She has a passion to help women become
the best mother, wife, and individual that they can be. Jordan encourages women
passionately pursue their dreams. Being married for over 25 years, she shared
practical insight and wisdom in raising confident, successful children, loving
your husband, and being committed to family life. Despite humble beginning of
being reared in the inner city of Detroit, Sylvia knows the rewards of hard work
and faith in God.
Professionally, she has served on Southfield’s City Council for 12 years, and 8
of those years in a leadership capacity as Council President and Vice President.
No other person has ever served consecutively in the history of the city for
that lengthy duration as president. While serving on the City Council, Jordan
was appointed to the National League of Cities as a nationwide panelist and has
received the National League of Cities Leadership Award. In addition, she is the
recipient of the Who’s Who in Black Detroit award and received the distinguished
Leadership Award from the International Third World Leadership Association.
Jordan holds a bachelor’s degree in Urban Development from Michigan State
University and performed graduate studies at Oakland University. She has owned
and continues to operate several businesses.
In keeping with their commitment toward building and strengthening families, she
and her husband Larry, founded Southfield’s Family Victory Fellowship Church in
1992 and plays a vital part in the organization. Jordan and Pastor Larry
continue to serve not only their parish but also the entire Detroit-
Metropolitan community in several capacities.
Committed to philanthropic endeavors both internationally (Africa & Mexico) and
locally, Jordan conducts an annual community outreach to area homeless women and
children.
Jordan has authored four books: Seven Great Women Who Changed the Course of
History, Entrepreneurs Don’t Put Tuxedos on Pigs and Influencing Your Community.
Her most recent book is Dare to Believe-Turning Your Dreams into Realities.
The acclaimed author, entrepreneur, motivational and international speaker is a
proud mother of two young adult children.

Larrie Ellen Randall
Larrie Ellen is the founder and Executive Director of
Starfish Savers, Inc. She earned a master’s degree in early childhood special
education with additional training in assistive technology, TEACCH (Treatment
and Education of Autism and Communication disabled CHildren) and PECS (Picture
Exchange Communication System) . She has been an educational consultant for the
past fourteen years specializing in autism spectrum disorders and other
developmental disabilities as well as people with ADHD/ADD and emotional
disabilities. Larrie Ellen has served people of all ages across a wide variety
of settings including school, therapeutic recreation, group homes and employment
settings.
In addition to her advocacy work in six Northern Virginia counties,
she and her team provide community-based social skills training for individuals
ages 3 and up with Asperger’s Syndrome, PDD or HFA, (high functioning autism)
and FASD (Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder). Her company also provides life
skills training and behavior intervention for people with moderate to severe
disabilities. Last year, inspired by input from her high-adventure-camp
counselor sons, Larrie Ellen worked with Adventure Links to create a summer
adventure camp for children, teens and young adults who are frequently
unsuccessful in similar camps. She is eager to extend these activities year
round.
Larrie Ellen extends her advocacy through active participation in a variety of
organizations. She is a board member of the Autism Society of Northern Virginia,
chairing a committee targeting transitions and services across the lifespan. She
sits on the Fairfax County Long-Term Care Coordinating Council’s Committee for
Young Adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She is working on a sub-committee
developing a grant request for a pilot project to fill gaps in adult services in
Virginia.
Larrie recently celebrated 25 years of marriage, has two college-aged sons and
is a native of Fairfax County. A high-energy person, Larrie Ellen adds singing
in a church band, providing stage direction, choreography and costuming for
church plays, sewing, crafts and gardening to round out her life.
Larrie Ellen has spent the majority of her life as a passionate advocate for
people with disabilities and is eager to share her knowledge and experience to
improve the lives of people with disabilities and their families.

Alice F. Green
Alice Green is the Administrator/Principal of Bethel Christian Academy. Located
in historic Savage, Maryland, Bethel Christian Academy, established in 1984, has
a pre-K (3 year-old) through 8th grade program. She works alongside parents and
teachers to train students in how to know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus
Christ. Alice is responsible for the spiritual and academic equipping of young
lives, to be a “light in today’s darkness.”
Keeping in step with training and equipping, Alice leads the Ignite Ministries,
Christian Education Department of Bethel Ministries, Inc., where she oversees
the adult teaching and training.
She also leads the “Essence Women in Ministry,” where she organizes women
retreats, gatherings, and other opportunities for women to minister and be
ministered to.
Alice is married to John of 30 years and they serve as Lead Pastors of Bethel
Assembly of God, Jessup, Maryland. They have 2 beautiful daughters, Kimberly-21,
Chanell-28, and 2 incredibly beautiful grandchildren; Ashley 5 and Joshua 8.
The scripture Alice continues to live by is Proverbs 3:5-6; “Trust in the LORD
with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways
acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.”

Olayemi Adeleke is the Senior Pastor of House of Praise, Charlton in London and
a Zonal Pastor in the Redeemed Christian Church of God (R.C.C.G). She is also
the President of Total Woman Ministries that networks various women ministries.
She is a gifted international speaker, motivating women to take their place in
destiny. She is passionate about building intimacy with God and excellence in
life and ministry. Her greatest desire is to see the church operate as one body
and family values restored.
Olayemi is married to Pastor Andrew Adeleke; an Executive Council Member and
National Coordinator of R.C.C.G. (UK). She is blessed with 3 children; Aaron,
Philemon and Beulah.
